Location(s)

France (Villepinte) - Remote, KrakowL’Acheteur(se) Spécialiste est responsable des achats de maintenance, de réparation, de qualification, de calibration et d’autres services techniques liés aux équipements de laboratoires gérés par PerkinElmer pour le compte d’un de ses clients clés. Il/Elle négocie, gère, déploie et mesure la performance des contrats spots et des accords cadre Groupe.

Ce poste est basé en télétravail en France ou à Krakow.

Activités significatives

A partir de la stratégie Monde Achats OneSource, dans le respect des engagements contractuels et des règles QHSE :

  • échanger avec le client sur la stratégie Achats
  • définir une stratégie Achats sur son périmètre pour procurer un avantage concurrentiel à l’entreprise
  • réduire les coût d’Achats
  • optimiser et harmoniser les processus
  • être le point d’escalade des problématiques fournisseurs
  • piloter le sourcing pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités
  • organiser la veille fournisseurs pour capter les opportunités
  • rationnaliser le panel fournisseurs

Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques

  • Construction et déploiement de stratégie Achats
  • Gestion de fournisseurs
  • Négociation
  • Connaissance scientifique et/ou des produits/services du domaine de PerkinElmer
  • Français courant (lu, écrit, parlé)
  • Anglais professionnel (lu, écrit, parlé)
  • Niveau intermédiaire sur la Suite MS Office

Profil

  • Diplôme ou niveau Bac+3 ou plus Achats / expérience équivalente
  • 5 ans d’expérience en Achats

Role remotely based in France or in Krakow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost-benefit analysis which is used frequently to optimize spend
  • Serve as the liaison between customer, employer, and vendors
  • Calculate metrics for analysis as well as consolidate large amounts of data into concise targeted informational summaries and reports
  • Manage/deliver supplier contracts within budget and hit in line with targeted savings
  • Make accurate forecasts to meet customer’s demand
  • Source, qualify, negotiate, and procure service contracts in support of our OneSource Enterprise asset management portfolio.
  • Engage in all aspects of supplier management with a focus on improving profitability and delivering customer satisfaction
  • Identify appropriate service coverage for different customers or types of equipment and opportunities to expand our service platform strategy.
  • Conduct routine supplier meetings to develop and maintain supplier relationship.
  • Use data to drive decisions and provide market/competitive feedback while supporting the field organization and providing visibility and accessibility to supplier metrics, tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics related field
  • Equivalent of 5+ years of combined procurement, strategic development, strategic pricing, or data analytics / insights experience
  • French and English speaker

Preferred Experience:

  • Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends and develop action plan based on findings
  • Experience in similar or related industry
  • Deep understanding of vendor/supplier communications and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of developing, deploying and awarding service contracts (RFP)
  • Strong negotiation skills and buying strategies culminating in positive financial results

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include without limitation, the ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the computer screen), distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to perform the essential service functions of this position.
