The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche and our Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. 

What we do:

The People Support Solutions (PSS) organization brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations, anticipate our customers' future needs, and proactively develop solutions.

In this role, you will lead a multicultural Employee Lifecycle Management team team with direct reports both from Hungary and Germany, who are responsible for supporting our German affiliates.

Your opportunity:

• You support your team in ensuring a high quality and smooth contract generation process for our employees in Germany
• You act as catalyst and coach for your team members to facilitate priority setting and to find relevant focus areas
• You create a well working stakeholder network including Talent Acquisition and P&C Partners as well as members of the works council, where everybody feels connected and the information flows without barriers across different functions and regions
• You foster and drive continuous improvement and constantly seek for opportunities to simplify processes radically and enhance customer experience where possible
• You take care of the professional development of your team members and support them to reach their highest potentials
• You ensure fair and consequent compensation and performance practices in your team across countries
• You are responsible for capacity management to enable a balanced workload and efficient resource allocation within your team
• You focus on compliance with special attention to company policies, including time management, benefits, SHE regulations and training requirements both in Hungary and Germany

Who you are:

• You have close to native German and fluent English skills
• Ideally you have 1-3 years leadership experience or you already worked in projects, initiatives where you had to coordinate people across countries, functions and different teams
• You preferably have a first experience working with German stakeholders or customers, prior collaboration experience with a German works council is definitive an advantage
• Building connections and networks is natural for you and you feel comfortable to manage interactions among different stakeholders
• Your mission is to get out the most of your people and help them to find their way in the organization.
