これらの業務を習得した後に、最終的に社内エンジニアと一緒にLPDDR5/LPDDR6 DRAM PIM(Processing In Memory)のプログラム仕様検討及びプログラム開発を行っていきます。
<主な職務>
1. モバイルDRAM製品のバックエンドテストカバレッジ/品質を向上させます。
2. DFT(Design for Test Team)/TSE(Test Solution Team)/PE(Product Engineering Team)間で協力してバックエンド テスト フローを実行し、バックエンド テスト プログラムのリリースを確認してサインオフし、品質管理を確保します。
3. テスト効率を向上させるために、テストパタンを開発します。
4. 最先端の社内エンジニアリング機器を活用して、製品の特性評価と電気的故障解析をサポートします。
5. 新製品の立ち上げと歩留まり向上をサポートします。
6. 体系的な分析を通じて低収率の原因を特定します。
7. さまざまなエンジニアリンググループと緊密に連携して、プロセス/欠陥に関連する問題を解決します。
8. テストエンジニアリングチームと協力して、メモリおよびシステムテストに必要なテストフィクスチャを定義して保護する。
9. 高品質でコスト効率の高いモバイルDRAMテスト戦略の開発。
10. スクリプトによるプログラム開発とワークプロセスの自動化を行います。
11. 統計ツールを使用して製品の詳細なデータ分析を行い、歩留まり向上プロジェクトを推進します。
12. 製品の歩留まり、テスト時間、品質を向上させるためのデータ解析とデータ分析の広範な使用。
13. Verilogシミュレーションを使用した新製品のバックエンドテストパターン検証をサポートします。
14. 設計上の限界点を特定し、回路関連の問題に対する設計修正を要求します。
<教育と経験と優先資格>
1. 電気工学、電子工学、コンピュータ工学または同等の学士号。
2. Memory/SoCのバックエンドテストに精通している。
3. Memory/SoCのBIST/BOSTテストプログラム開発に精通している。
4. SoC製品に使用しているSCAN TEST回路のテスト開発に精通している(Synopsys TestMax Toolを使用することが出来る)。
5. 口頭および書面による英語のコミュニケーションスキルが必要です。
6. 日本語を学ぶ意欲があること。
7. DRAMメモリ関連分野での以前の実務経験(10年以上)。
As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers.
Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.
We support these operations as a one-team, and my team works closely with the product lead team and the Test solution team.
The below is a skill required by the entire team and does not require individuals to have everything. At first, I'll help you develop your strengths, and the team members will educate each other team members.

After learning these tasks, you will finally work with in-house engineers to examine program specifications and develop programs for LPDDR5/LPDDR6 DRAM PIM(Processing In Memory).
1. Improve Back End testing coverage/quality for Mobile DRAM products.
2. Collaborate with DFT(Design for Test Team)/TSE(Test Solution Team)/PE(Product Engineering Team) the Back End test flow, review and sign off Back End test program release to ensure quality control.
3. Develop testing patterns to improve testing efficiency and quality.
4. Utilize state-of-art in house engineering equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis.
5. Support for new product startup and yield improvement.
6. Identify causes of low yield through systematic analysis.
7. Work closely with various engineering groups in resolving process/defects related issues.
8. Collaborate with test engineering teams to define and secure necessary test fixtures for memory and system testing.
9. Develop high quality and cost-efficient Mobile DRAM test strategies.
10. Automation of program development and work processes using scripting.
11. Utilize statistical tools for detailed data analysis on product to drive yield improvement projects.
12. Extensive usage of data parsing and data analysis for improving yields, test times and quality of the products.
13. Support Back End test pattern verification of new products using Verilog simulations.
14. Identify design marginalities and request design fix for circuit-related problems.
1. BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer science Engineering or equivalent.
2. Familiar with Back End testing for Memory/SoC.
3. Familiar with Back End testing for BIST/BOST of Memory/SoC.
4. Familiar with test development for SCAN TEST circuits used in SoC products(can use Synopsys TestMax Tool).
5. Oral and written English communication skills are required.
6. Willingness to learn Japanese.
7. Previous work experience in DRAM memory related fields(Over 10years).
