SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Product Manager in the logistics industry with specific focus on last mile delivery and customer experience . In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager in developing and executing product strategies to drive operations growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with the Product Manager to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and stakeholder requirements 
• Defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial and operations, to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product decisions
• Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of product launches and drive continuous improvement
• Provide training and support to internal teams and external customers on new product features and updates
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap

SKILLS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Slack) is a plus
• Experience with agile methodology is a plus 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the logistics industry
