By collaborating with business and IT leaders to solve their toughest CRM, Data and AI challenges, you will capture value for their organization. You will work with some of the world’s largest and most complex public and private companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment. You will create sustainable change by stimulating commercial, customer service and customer experience innovation, unlocking data possibilities, navigating risk and regulatory complexity on CSRD, and aligning costs with IT & business strategy to create a competitive advantage.

Your impact

As a Sr Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Taking a leadership role in the team and playing an important role in defining and realizing the vision and strategy of the CRM Tech practice.
  • Growing revenue by actively engaging with existing clients and prospects 
  • Follow up on the delivery and profitability of a portfolio of high-impact projects
  • Lead a project team by example according to PwC’s high standard principles and coach a team
  • Contributing to constantly reinventing our services and go-to-market priorities and opportunities

About you

  • You have a proven track record (3-5 years) in managing and developing clients and prospects with a keen interest in proposal building & commercial negotiation
  • You have prior experience in the Consultancy industry
  • Experience in the public sector and with the public tendering process is a plus
  • You have built project management and hands-on delivery experience during your career
  • You have a master’s degree in business, economics, data analytics, informatics, engineering or computer sciences, or any other relevant master degree that showcases your capabilities 
  • You have a strong interest in technology and the related opportunities as well as a good understanding of how to leverage technology in a business setting
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus
  • You are passionate about Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, AI and Analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP is a plus
  • You are creative and eager to solve challenging problems
  • You have an analytical mindset, a can-do attitude, great communication and presentation skills
  • You enjoy being client facing as from day one
  • You are eager to work in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being able to work flexible and independently. Having worked in matrix organizations is a plus.
  • You are keen to take on new challenges and to continuously learn
