What Will You Do:

• Managing Bill Of Material team
• Managing Engineering Change Notice-ECN team
• Managing Inventory management team.
• Managing Demand phase out and Request Scrap Surplus Material.
• Coordinating with sales, manufacturing and suppliers on short and long-term production forecasts and expected deliverables.
• Managing relationships with internal customers, coordinating and integrating planning processes.
• Developing and continuously improving the accuracy of logistical needs, including warehouse capacity, equipment needs and resource needs.
• Setting up, maintaining, and monitoring logistical processes and dependencies.

What You Will Have:

Planning (Level Extensive Experience) : Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Analytical Thinking (Level Extensive Experience) : Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications (Level Extensive Experience): Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Inventory Management - MFG (Level Extensive Experience): Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.

Supply Chain Management - MFG (Level Extensive Experience): Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
