Your Opportunities

  • You are handling inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, ensuring customer support center's daily operation, improving the service level. 
  • You are handling customer inbound calls, answering customer's inquiries. Transfering to the related specialist to solve the technical problems. 
  • You are good use of CRM, telephone system, online chat tools. 
  • You are achieving telephone service quality standards, continuously optimize and improve service quality standard according to the customer requirements. 
  • You strengthen the team cooperation, help to improve the service quality of team members besides constant self-improvement. 
  • You are training new employees. 

Who you are

  • You hold at least Bachelor Degree, more than 3 years working experience. 
  • You hold Basic skills in English spoken and writing; 
  • You have good computer skill in office software 
  • You are speaking in a clear voice, mandarin standard, good cross-functional communication and understanding capability 
  • You are good-natured, patient, responsible, with team work spirit, be able to work under pressure and conflict management capability 
  • You have the ability to do detailed work and proactively meet customer’s needs 
  • Your training experience is preferred. 
  • Your QA experience in call centre is preferred. 
  • Your clinical laboratory or medical related working experience is preferred.
