We are looking for an IT Specialist to become part of our Siemens Financial Services Information Technology (SFS IT) team located in Kartal. This role has end-to-end responsibility to deliver and maintain IT services to our internal business colleagues, to provide service delivery of information technology ensuring that internal and external regulatory, security, and compliance requirements, as well as agreed service levels are fulfilled.

What part will you play? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS or related fields
• 5 years experience, preferably in a financial services company, in a technical role
• Tech-related skills in financial services, systems & platforms
• Demonstrable experience in projects as team member 
• Deep understanding in System & Network Management
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, COBIT standards 
• Relevant experience in IT audit and IT system compliance
• Excellent command of English 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to travel when required

• Coordination and management of 3rd party consultants/contractors to develop and maintain the assigned systems/ services / projects
• End-to-end responsibility for the operation of the service, according to agreed service level agreements.
• End-to-end responsibility for the application support.
• Ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with agreed quality, audit, and security standards.
• Driving digitalization and system automation with new technologies and trends and strive for continuous service improvement.
• Responsibility for communication, collaboration, and relationship management of key internal and external stakeholders, regarding service status, planning, and information sharing.
• Ensuring system compliance with Siemens and BRSA regulations.
• Striving to integrate new technologies and improve processes. 
• Preparation and support for IT audits 
• Fulfillment of reporting requirements
