Wealth Management - Business Analyst - Fraud Operations

The Authentication Business Analyst Associate position is an Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Fraud project role that reports into the head of AWM Fraud Governance & Client Authentication based in the United States as well as a local manager who oversees AWM Fraud Remediation based in Manila. You will work as an individual contributor responsible for executing agile project support for the Private Bank’s global client authentication practice. You will regularly collaborate with global cross-functional groups including Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Dev Technologists, and Fraud program sponsor in addition to internal team management. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as project support of digital and service-led identity validation with a focus on requirement documentation, backlog oversight, prioritization management, User Acceptance Test (UAT) coordination, release sprint coordination, and release notice summaries.
  • Maintain close partnership with peer-Business Analyst (BA) deliveries that host or support the digital frameworks built to deliver the identity oversight utilities.
  • Support Head of Fraud Governance and Information Technology (IT) Dev for platform change management initiatives.
  • Utilize various process improvement methodologies to define practice and process changes aligned to business objectives.
  • Support artifact collection and socialization with peers for applicable exam management and scheduled content evaluations.
  • Coordinate large cross-functional workshop meetings, minute collation and communication publishing for enhancements
  • Log requirements in alignment with Agile project methodology standards to support Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliveries via enterprise tech
  • Lead problem solving sessions and surface opportunities and solutions to improve processes and create efficiencies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in using Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting project requirements and process improvement
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting agile projects from initiation through delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to write and communicate requirements to business and technology partners
  • Ability to represent complex processes in a simple manner that is easily consumable
  • Content drafting and socialization with transparency on version control and outstanding deployments
  • Proficient in MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Excel
  • Proficient and demonstrated experience using collaborative content solutions (i.e. Team, SharePoint, Box.com, Slack)
  • Proficient in telepresence solutions working with global partners (i.e. Teams, Slack, Zoom, GoogleMeet)
  • Must have excellent command of the English language; oral, written and reading accurate fluency required

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Previous experience or background working in a regulated industry - finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, United States Fed gov’t contract
