Role overview

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the country’s overall supply chain operations, projects, and activities. Analyses and optimizes the flow of goods and information along the entire value-added chain, oversees demand planning, and ensures safe and compliant operations which adhere to a budget, schedule, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Maintains strong communication and collaboration with all functions and stakeholders and plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships and communication with local vendors and customers.
  • Responsible for all supply chain-related activities, capturing demand for the product portfolio, leading forecast demand review process with central team, control of documents and issuing of licences for incoming finished goods,
  • Analyses of forecast deviations, and supply chain KPIs. Reviews country 3PL performance focusing on contractual obligations and agreed operational targets and improvements.
  • Works with country Commercial and Finance functions to ensure demand forecast accuracy by gathering market intelligence and actively participating in country DRM, S&OP and S&OE meetings.
  • Accountable for meeting service level targets in the market.
  • Works in close collaboration with the central supply chain team to ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and minimize stock write-offs.
