Junior Program Manager / Business Process Lead

Position Summary: This is a key position to help manage the administration, operations and strategies of the organization. This role ensures that important department processes happen in an efficient and timely manner. You’ll be working directly with the Senior Director of Account Management and the Account Management team to facilitate these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regular bulletins and messages are sent to the team in a timely fashion. These messages include things like the department newsletter, rewards and recognition programs, and other key communication.
  •  Organize team monthly and quarterly business reviews and verify that presented information is appropriate.
  •  Ensure compliance with corporate deadlines.
  • Organize divisional functional and morale events.
  • Oversee process to consolidate and compile data points for various team metrics. In some cases, cross variable metric analysis will be required.
  • Conduct various analyses of department performance including manager satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate and manage processes to keep team organized and informed. These processes include things such as: KPI and metric reporting, team meetings coordination, departmental updates
  • Assist department with additional ad hoc projects that revolve around key department processes such as interview/hiring processes, survey creation and maintenance, etc.
  • Coordinate department wide award applications.
  • Assist with coordination of employee engagement related activities, including activities for department wide meetings
  • Lead the development and execution of the Customer Success Group content and program
  • Interface with Customer Marketing on programs, initiatives and strategy
  • Represent Account Management interests in other department initiatives like LMS Integration, Cvent Community, Customer Webinars
  • Collaborate with Clients Services on communications, content, and engagement activities to support new customer onboarding, customer collaboration, and build platform awareness
  • Coordinate closer communication and strategy between the Account Management and Account Management Associate roles
  • Provide Account Management representation to the Customer Success Group Stakeholder Committee
  • Contribute to cross-functional meetings and initiatives related to account management
  • Document processes and procedures for each managed program

  • 3 years of professional experience or 18 months experience at Cvent preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of computer literacy and analytical acumen is a must
