The Supply Chain Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and design secure scalable IT solutions enabling digital transformation.

This position is part of the Information Technologies department located in Chaska, Minnesota or Miami, Florida and will be a hybrid position at the location. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the IT - Operations Enterprise Information Services and report to the Business Applications Senior Manager responsible for Supply Chain Planning and Procurement. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class supply chain organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business teams to establish governance and digital initiatives within Supply Chain Management.
  • Work with Business teams to align and evaluate strategy that ensures IT supply chain solutions follows regulations, data privacy, and cyber security requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, with 9+ years of experience in Supply Chain or master’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • The ability to work with internal and external business challenges, requirements, and risks to recommend, document and deploy solutions using global best practices and standard work to improve processes.
  • Leading and supporting activities, teams, or projects with complex problems by using analytical thinking and judgement to identify innovative solutions.
  • The ability to analyze and resolve complex supply chain issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Demonstrating expertise to design new and optimize existing supply chain processes.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring supply chain solutions, including knowledge of setup, configuration, and integration with other systems using cloud-based systems.
  • Relevant knowledge in Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud supply chain modules
  • Understanding planning, procurement, and inventory management processes.
