About the Role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide recruiting logistics support in the AP region.

This role will be located at our facility in Shenzhen, China.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruiting logistics support in AP region, e.g. interview coordination, candidate communication, internal and external job posting management etc. to ensure an effective process and good candidate experience
  • Maintain recruiting system and data, prepare related report and data analysis
  • Provide support on specific hiring activities as appropriate
  • Involved in hiring process and provide support on CV screening, candidate sourcing etc. as needed
  • Participate in local or regional projects and provide project support as appropriate
  • Provide support in social media management and other Talent Acquisition related areas

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree or above (focus on Business Administration, HR or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferred recruitment-related experience, MNC and manufacturing business related experience will be a plus
  • Excellent command of oral and written English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, solid hands-on experience
  • Good learning attitude and ability, good people sense
  • Good teamwork player
