Talent Acquisition Director - Europe

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Director - Europe to join our Honeywell team in Prague.

You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals for our organization in the Europe region, while collaborating closely with regional HR to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Your leadership and guidance will empower our RPO recruitment teams to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional results, allowing you to grow your experience in a valuable industry niche. Through your strategic approach, you will drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will enable you to effectively navigate the talent market and attract top talent to Honeywell.

You will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Vice President and the role can be based in Bracknell, UK, Prague, Czech Republic, or Bucharest, Romania.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals in the Europe region
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
  • Manage our 3rd party RPO responsible for quality and cost
  • Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance and support in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
  • Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance recruitment processes and improve efficiency

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human resources

  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive process enhancements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Professional certifications in talent acquisition are preferred
