Applause is searching for a dynamic, operations-focused Program Manager for our Ambassador Program. The Ambassador Program is a recruitment channel our Community Team uses to build out a funnel of testers and participants. The person in this role will ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously. The role will be responsible for providing cross-functional support. If you are adept at hard analytical and soft people skills, and able to adapt to rapidly changing business needs, then this job can provide a great deal of personal satisfaction and professional growth. Strengths in strategy development, program management and executive communication are key to the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish the roles and responsibilities for Ambassadors participating in the Ambassador Program including the development and enforcement of governance processes.
  • Source Ambassadors, in partnership with Community Business Partners to establish funnel for the Ambassador Program; Develop program strategy and manage successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with Customer Account teams to Understand Demand (market, demographics, etc.) in pipeline of engagements.
  • Consult with Account Teams on how they can leverage the Ambassador Program to meet their needs.
  • Develop and nurture programs for Ambassadors to drive engagement.
  • Document best practices, as established by Account Teams, and manage knowledge base for Ambassador Program (project scope, incentive structure, etc.).
  • Drive standards and processes that define rules of engagements for Ambassador Program.
  • Partner with the Product Team to define technology requirements required for Ambassador Program.
  • Operate under minimal supervision and manage time effectively, maintain control over all current projects/responsibilities and follow up on all relevant issues.
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members associated with the program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 year’s experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience with project management strategies, processes, and tools. Experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or Community Management is a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel including formulas, pivots, etc.
  • Strong program coordination, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrate success in a high pressure, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient in the face of competing demands and conflicts.
  • A creative thinker who is able to work independently and innovate to solve problems.

Salary range for this position is included in accordance with current state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience, and performance in the role.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
