Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building IT services
  • Understanding the client's business needs
  • Providing advice on technology best practices.
  • Planning a timeline for completion of projects.
  • Business partnering for Business Process Owners/Managers
  • Contribution to Incident Management and Problem Management
  • Process management and governance for IT Service Strategy Management of business relationship and service portfolio Management of determined business patterns, business activity and business demands Contributes to establish a high-performance IT organization

Qualifications:

  • University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • > 5 years; Business knowledge: In-depth of overall business models
  • Functional knowledge: Professional in Financial Systems (SAP ERP Financials, HFM, CXO) Intermediate in Sales Systems, Sourcing Systems, Business Analytics Systems, Process Analytics and Design Systems, HCM Systems, IT Servicemanagement Tools, Office productivity Software, Robotic Process Automation Systems, Integration Services, Collaboration solutions systems, Asset & License Management Metrics Business process knowledge: Professional in Financial processes (Fincancials, IFRS/US-GAAP, local GAAP, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Customs, Legal, Analytics, Corporate governance) Intermediate in Program / Project Management processes
  • Advanced level of English. Skills in an additional major language are welcome.
  • Leadership: Proactive leadership role within the team / Scope of problem solution Input on IT architecture (often) and strategy (seldom) Internal thought leader for colleagues with less experience Trains/mentors senior professionals, professionals & project managers Enables changes in IT and contributes to change in business Problem solving: Problem areas / Medium-sized projects with medium complexity and resource requirements Enables IT and contributes to digital business innovations Communication skills: Effective internal and external communication within complex area / project Reach consensus Interpersonal skills: Independent with only disciplinary guidance 'Interculturally independent with openness, cross-cultural sensitivity and respect
