Mission:
Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of China Data Cloud – CDCL ecosystem; ensure that the services are aligned with the needs and expectations of the users, stakeholders, and customers; and manage the service lifecycle, from design and transition to operation and improvement to assure service availability, achieve high user satisfaction and ensure good user experience for our end-users of Snowflake in China.
Responsibility:
- Serve as point of escalation for issues related to CDCL service provided
- the service level agreements, adherence to contractual obligations of the providers, relevant documentations including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure that the CDCL service meet the quality, security, and compliance standards of the organization, including quality, cybersecurity, data privacy and other relevant regulations
- Implement service improvements, enhancements, and innovations to increase customer satisfaction and business value
- Ensure operational alignment and integration of the CDCL service with Healthineers Data Cloud – HDCL strategy and operations in alignment with the defined strategy and architecture.
- Ensure management and resolution of service incidents, problems, and changes related to CDCL services in close coordination with the service providers
- Responsible to assure adherence to service deliverables including identifying and managing operational risks
- and communicate the performance based on defined KPIs, status, and issues of the application services to the senior management and relevant stakeholders
- Understand the business demands and advise the stakeholders independently; align the program with business objectives, and execute related projects and activities
Experience:
- Experience in IT service/product management or application management
- Good knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO/IEC 20000; and a certification in ITIL v4 preferredStrong skills in service planning, delivery, monitoring, improvement and reporting
- Experience working as a data expert or data related demand manager/business partner, e.g. data analyst, data engineer, or related roles in a organization with multiple stake holders
- Experience with cloud platforms and data lake products, particularly Snowflake and AWS Cloud
- Strong expertise in SQL and database technologies, with a deep understanding of data analytics lifecycle
- Excellent understanding of data integration techniques, data pipelines, and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data management principles
- Skills in stakeholder management, customer service and communications
- The job requires a high degree of problem-solving, critical thinking and change management
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Have a track record in defining and implementing tactical and operational measures
- Job includes diverse people with all different kind of cultural and regional background, hence experience of working with different cultures and working in multi-cultural teams is important
- Good understanding of business processes and their relations to other key sales and logistics processes
Education:
Degree in computer science or information technology related field of study. A Master degree, especially in business management or related field is an advantage.
