The Sr Manager for the Product Management Center of Excellence (CoE) in the Office of the CIO will play a pivotal role in shaping the product management culture and practices within the Adobe Technology Services (ATS) organization. This individual will be responsible for defining and overseeing the CoE's operational activities while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. This role is crucial in nurturing a community of practice among product managers and steering ATS toward a product-centric operational model. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the CoE's activities and scope.
  • Liaise between product managers, cross-functional teams, and executives to ensure CoE initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications, acting as the primary point of contact for CoE engagements.
  • Coordinate and track progress across various CoE programs, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Implement and oversee governance processes to ensure consistent and effective CoE operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts.
  • Drive the adoption of CoE practices across the organization through effective change management strategies.
  • Measure CoE performance against predefined KPIs and report to senior management.
  • Support the CoE head in strategic planning and execution of CoE roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, communications or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a product management or CoE environment.
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in program management software and tools.
  • Agile or PMP certification is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in facilitating change management and driving organizational adoption.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,200 -- $266,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
