Job Description

PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:

Our company is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of HPV Product Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic management, communication management, and brand management of our HPV product line. This position requires strong business acumen and excellent communication skills in English, and we are open to candidates from a non-pharmaceutical background.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Management:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the HPV product line, including public awareness campaigns, market positioning, and commercial strategy.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new market opportunities for the product line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute marketing strategies to drive product sales.

2. Communication Management:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to support the HPV product line, including promotional materials and educational materials for healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Create and deliver effective sales training and education programs for sales representatives.
• Manage the relationships with external vendors, agencies, and key opinion leaders involved in the communication strategy for the product line.

3. Brand Management:

• Develop and execute brand strategy for the HPV product line.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including social media, advertising, and public relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product packaging, supply chain, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product/brand management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulations.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and action-driven.
• Open to candidates without a pharmaceutical background.
