HR Business Partners and Site Support acts as a point of contact for both employees and managers in the organization. We play a crucial role in strategizing and improving the complex business model by working closely with management and employees to build organizational and people capabilities.
About the role - you will:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of Thailand visa & work permit documents for foreign employee.
- Ensure all required Immigration documents are accurate, up to date and aligned with Immigration requirements.
- Monitor visa & work permit expiration dates and initiate timely renewals & cancellation including assist in 90 days report for foreign employees.
- Work closely with government agencies: Thailand BOI, Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment and Department of Revenue for Thailand visa, work permit and Immigration related jobs.
- Provide consultation regarding Thailand visa & work permit to foreign employees.
About you:
- Assist in organizing and participating in Welfare Committee, employee engagement and site activities.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to support employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of HR compliance documentation and support for HR compliance activities.
- Help in addressing employee inquiries and concerns related to HR processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Your experience includes:
- Have background in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields
- Well-versed in Thailand labor laws and immigration process is a plus
- Attention to the details and keep confidential information
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitudes
