Position Summary

1. Maximize sales and profits by setting up and managing marketing strategy best for the relevant market/customer based on the global/regional strategy.

2. General responsible for setting up the best localized product strategy, and for the right-time delivery.

3. Provide the foundation for continued sales and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and connecting them with sales based on continuous communicate with the region and organization one is in charge of.

4. Secure product competitiveness by setting up differentiating strategy after analyzing the market, customers, competitors and technology.

5. Set up long-term strategic relations by continuously developing cooperative business model with clients.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Invest in Brand with Volume growth, Channel Revenues and Profit
  • Develop key Distributors/Dealers and increase distribution coverage.
  • Formulate Pricing Strategy/structure, stabilize trade price and margins. Price Protection
  • Establish product positioning position with marketing activities to support the market position and develop strong business relationships with existing channels.
  • Set up Channel Structure. Plan and set up a routing list covering high & medium volume customers.
  • Execute and achieve the set daily objectives for Channel, distribution, range selling, promotional programs and customer stock weight.
  • Drive market share in accordance to the targets; define and maintain the strategic direction of business plan to drive higher business contribution and ensure effective coverage of assigned accounts.
  • Interface on product category business policies and directions with the marketing department within the company.
  • Monitor category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluate the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and take corrective action as needed, to insure achievement of business goals
  • Accountability for the end to end sales and implementation process to ensure successful delivery of deals.
  • Innovative approach to business and building partnerships
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years in channel management/marketing management/product marketing experience, preferably proven experience in competitive companies or other related customer driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations and communicate effectively
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing environment ,strong planning and organizational skills
  • High Customer orientation: recognition and credibility with the customer as a trusted, collaborative and productive partner.
  • Strategic thinking and able to execute to operation task, in-depth knowledge of corporate market needs and skilled in addressing them.
  • Good Attitude with ability to perform well under high pressure
