Job Description

Overview: Looking for experienced Product Managers who are entrepreneurial and proactive in spirit. They will be agents of change in building core functionality to enable Global Public Sector customers to fulfill their missions.

Key Attributes:

• Product Ownership | Candidate should demonstrate a track-record of owning issues and seeing them to completion. Especially when the problem is nebulous and complex.
• Execution | Candidate should be proactive in the action they take. They should work to get to the root cause of an issue rather than treating the symptoms and shouldn’t be waiting for someone to tell them what to do.
• Analytical |Candidate should understand how to interpret information and how to apply it in action. They should always be looking for ways to scale problems.
• Skilled Communicator | Candidate should be able to communicate and manage cross-functional teams to get results.

What you get to do in this role:

• Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
• Communicate product priorities and build consensus
• Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
• Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
• Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
• Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5-10 years of overall work experience
• Balance of Product Management experience at start-ups/small companies and large/prominent companies.
• Experience building and launching products for external, paying customers
• Impact their work has made (e.g. X% increase in adoption; increased revenue from A to B, etc.)
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
• Experience creating, owning and driving product road maps
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery > discovery, ideation, requirements/specs, delivery, data analysis/customer feedback
• Experience collaborating with software engineers, architects, UX and other stakeholders
• Strong oral and written communication skills > able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely 
• Can articulate/demonstrate innovative thinking

Nice to have:

• Experience with government agencies | Has experience working with Federal, State and local government agencies in either the United States or abroad. Understands the agencies’ mentality and how they work.
• Undergraduate education from a top Indian university
• MBA from a top Indian university
