Senior Technical Program Manager 

What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Technical Program Manager In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects, including new product launches and other initiatives resulting in significant additional revenue for the company. Regularly collaborate with leaders and associates across all functions to manage large, complex projects.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be expected to work in an remote environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities 

  • Executing on major product launches
  • Analyzing current performance and data to identify opportunities
  • Driving all aspects of projects, including project kickoffs, establishing project plans, enlisting and managing work stream owners, conducting stakeholder reviews, providing executive status reports, and conducting lessons learned sessions
  • Collaborating/consulting with senior management, functional managers, and other internal and external contacts and recommended product and service enhancements as needed/required
  • Understanding the competitive landscape to build the case for and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Delivering tangible results for the company

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
  • 10-12 years of experience in project management, analytics, and strategy development
  • Significant experience in managing large, complex projects
  • Experience in management consulting and/or financial services & card industry preferred
  • Ability to learn and understand multiple, complex systems; understand and manage project risks and the revenue impacts
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly recognize issues and drive insights
  • Proven experience to drive results through cross-functional teams, while holding others accountable
  • Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally
  • Strong customer orientation and empathy
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
  • Fintech, Product & Program Mgt, Technical & Delivery background in IT will be given preference.
