Job Description:

建立和保持有效沟通系统，定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展以及学术拜访KOL
定期总结并分析产品，竞品以及客户信息
与市场部和医学部保持紧密合作并高质量的执行市场和医学活动
积极参与跨部门协作并对市场准入目标贡献力量
完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作
人员管理
指导团队完成区域活动以及其他书面及系统数据填写等工作内容
通过有计划的随访，团队会议和绩效沟通，发展和培养团队成员各项能力，包括以患者为中心的专业产品沟通技能，产品知识和正确的价值观
及时定期跟踪团队成员的绩效表现，诊断绩效问题并制定针对性的解决方案和发展计划
参与人员招聘计划并协助入职培训
保持和HR以及销售培训部的紧密合作，协助建立团队成员的职业发展计划以及高绩效人才保留计划
倡导公司价值观和规范化的行为标准，保证团队的合规性和专业性
Qualification Required:
任职资格
5年以上肿瘤领域销售经验优先，具备较好的相关产品领域的专业知识
有地区经理或相关管理经验的优先
具备较强的业务敏锐度，决断能力，高效执行，团队管理和培养以及跨部门协作的能力
具备较强的结果导向，工作热情，坚持不懈以及主动承担的精神
具备较强的学习能力，面对挑战能有积极开放的心态并善于创新
能够严格要求和管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策，行业准则以及相关法律。
