As the B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive Lucid Motors' business growth across key accounts and enterprise clients in (Southern) Germany and Switzerland. Your mission will be to foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders, corporate clients, and fleet operators to secure B2B sales of Lucid Motors' cutting-edge electric vehicles and associated services.

The Role:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and engage with high-profile key accounts, enterprise clients, and fleet operators to expand Lucid Motors' presence in the German market. Develop and implement innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and establish Lucid Motors as a preferred EV brand among top corporate customers.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs and requirements of enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings, pricing, and after-sales support to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at corporate accounts. Become a trusted advisor by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and aligning Lucid Motors' solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, focusing on mutual value creation and long-term partnerships. Drive sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and enhance Lucid Motors' market positioning. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey and effective communication of product updates and launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years proven track record of success in B2B sales, key account management, or enterprise sales in the automotive industry, preferably within electric vehicles or premium automotive brands.
  • In-depth understanding of the German and Swiss automotive market, including key players, customer segments, and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM management, preferably in SalesForce
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify growth opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany and occasionally internationally.
