Has responsibility for all customer facing activities and for providing

a consistently high quality experience for new and existing customers

in a small/medium size cluster.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Coordinate customer onboarding processes, including data entry, document management, and communication with customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective customer service
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and issues
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including customer information and service history
  • Provide support to customers and internal teams as needed
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or more experienced colleagues as necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
