Partner with the best

You will be responsible for the project execution from basic design, through design finalization to site installation for Rotating Machinery and systems. Taking care of customer technical requirements, delivering outcomes in time and quality.

As a Lead Project Engineer - Upgrades, you will be:

  • Executing the assigned projects in terms of scope of supply, on-time delivery, quality, compliance and completeness
  • Driving technical meetings with customer (kick off, coordination review, HAZOP, close out etc.) and carrying out engineering design reviews
  • Guaranteeing the appropriate understanding of technical customer needs inside TPS organization and recommends solutions
  • Coordinating with site team to optimize design, specification, and project configuration for installability and maintainability
  • Supporting customer and site team, from HQ or locally according to needs, to flawless execute the project installation
  • Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, lead, and execute multiple projects
  • Have good knowledge of Oil & Gas products, Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Electric Motors and Drivers, and other rotating machinery, including related production process
  • Have good Knowledge of Power Generation plant, including related production process
  • Have significant Design/System/Project Engineering experience
  • Demonstrate willingness and availability of traveling
  • Have a team player, clear thinker, problem solver, process driven mindset
  • Have good written communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interface effectively with different functions and customers
