What will you be doing?

As a Benefits Analyst, you will be a part of Nasdaq’s Global Benefits team and will report to the Director of Benefits, APAC.

  • Play a key role in enhancing the employee experience regarding benefit programs. This includes partnering with external benefit administration partners, assisting employees and leaders with benefits-related requests and a focus on continuous improvement of our processes.
  • Assist with the annual enrollment process including vendor coordination, systems testing, and communication dissemination.
  • Prepare reports and manage benefit related data as well administration in regard to invoices for payment and benefit renewal.
  • Partner with benefits team to drive awareness of our various leave programs through the design and delivery of communication campaigns and assets for both employees and organizational leaders.
  • Assist with the development/review of benefit summaries and booklets.
  • Work with the benefits team to create and implement new benefit programs.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
  • New graduates with related educational background and internship experience will be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience with administration of benefits or as an HR generalist.
  • Demonstrated analytic proficiency (Excel) and development of engaging presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of local laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Experience working with accounting or data reporting and is comfortable with financial/cost analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent attention to detail; ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
