Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the position Shopper Activation Manager in Kyiv.

Key objective of position:

  • Enhance visibility excellence in all trade channels and drive category sales through the maintenance of visibility KPIs in collaboration with categories and cross-functional teams;
  • Develop and drive visibility KPIs to measure and improve visibility effectiveness;
  • Generate innovative concepts and approaches, identify priority areas, and drive innovation in visibility excellence;
  • Lead cross-category projects and initiatives to optimize visibility strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Visibility KPI’s:

  • Develop and drive visibility KPIs to measure the effectiveness of visibility initiatives;
  • Monitor Weighted Distribution (WD), Numeric Distribution (ND), Share of Shelf (SoS), Share of Assortment (SoA), Share of Displays (SoD), and other relevant KPIs through regular monitoring and analysis;
  • Update customer ABC analysis and Velocity Matrix quarterly, sharing reports with the sales team and evaluating action plans for improvement;
  • Organize regular meetings with the team to foster engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing;
  • Assign tasks and ensure their completion within the team.

2. Cross functional management:

  • Collaborate with categories to develop and drive visibility excellence strategies based on deep shopper and customer insights;
  • Utilize Nestle's expertise in store layout management and participate in customer/category projects as a visibility expert;
  • Conduct trainings and facilitate knowledge exchange with categories to align category inputs with sales team implementation guidelines;
  • Contribute to the development of visibility selling stories for channels and top customers, including customized in-store visions;
  • Regularly update and align in-store visibility guidelines for each category, channel, and format, including home-shelf, cash-zone, cross-placements, and additional placements.

3. Visibility excellence management:

  • Develop reports and provide visibility assessments of Nestle's in-store visibility compared to competitors to sales and category teams;
  • Foster regular communication and knowledge sharing to ensure alignment of efforts and identify areas for improvement;
  • Support the implementation of in-store execution control automation solutions;
  • Drive cross-category loyalty programs, including mechanics, budgets, in-store activation guidelines, and pre-post evaluation.

Main Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • 5+ years of experience in category/sales channel management in an international FMCG company;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication skills with an innovative mindset to explore and execute new trends for impactful sales results;
  • Results-oriented with a proactive and cooperative approach;
  • Track record of increasing sales volumes within a category;
  • Successful experience in managing projects;
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Fluent in English.
