Responsibilities

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for creating and manipulating graphics
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of digital design files before publication.
  • Apply design changes and recommendations across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, providing final approval on projects.
  • Actively communicate with marketing partners to ensure alignment on design execution.
  • Format graphics and manage the processing of various file types.
  • Assist design teams in producing compelling advertising and digital content.
  • Collaborate with Online Producers to meet design and digital execution goals.
  • Review and proof graphic materials to ensure compliance with digital standards.
  • Prepare and package files for final release, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot production issues with designers and digital media teams.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and assist in designing assets to support the brand identity.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail or B2B industry.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong expertise in digital export, delivery, and versioning.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to research and apply new ideas.
  • Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining business relationships.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital design.
