Be Sigma’s storyteller: We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team and drive content strategy forward at our high-growth, series C startup. You will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience, establishes our brand as a thought leader in the industry, and drives leads and conversions.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy across various channels and formats including our blog, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, social media, demand generation offers, and more
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, partnerships and sales teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and product features to inform content creation
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content assets and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen team to conduct thorough keyword research and optimize content for search engines to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Become a confident Sigma user to increase your ability to develop quality content as well as to report on content performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed for content creation and distribution.
  • Uphold brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all content assets to ensure consistency and brand integrity.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS B2B space
  • Strong writing and editing skills 
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools
  • Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.

Additional Job details

The base salary range for this position is $135k - $180k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing. This role is eligible for stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
