You will make an impact by:

  • Leading the team in embracing and upholding the Scrum methodology, ensuring the integrity of all Scrum ceremonies.

  • Providing personalized coaching to team members to ensure cohesive collaboration within the Scrum framework.
  • Facilitating Scrum processes and events, leveraging data-driven metrics to enhance team maturity and effectiveness.
  • Cultivating an agile mindset rooted in values and principles, emphasizing transparency, inspection, and adaptation, delivering high-quality increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Empowering teams through servant leadership, aiding in the development of sprint goals and delivering quality increments that meet the organizational standards.
  • Encouraging self-organization and cross-functionality within the team, coaching each role to achieve optimal team performance.
  • Committing to delivering high-quality results that drive organizational success.
  • Ensuring clarity of purpose in all situations, emphasizing the importance of value delivery for the organization.
  • Promoting innovative thinking and creativity among team members.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years of related technical experience.
  • Proficiency in Scrum methodology with the ability to discern between Scrum practices and other methodologies.
  • Proven experience of collaborating across various organizational levels, business units, and being a part of a diverse team.
  • Dedication to customer service excellence, ability to consistently deliver high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and interact effectively with different levels of management.
  • Aptitude for adapting to dynamic and evolving environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with and lead teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and effective communication practices.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office 365 platform and proficiency in working with Jira.
  • Availability to work on-site with a hybrid set up.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master is preferred.
