At Perion’s legal team, we are handling some of the most intriguing legal and commercial topics relating to the rapidly developing ad tech and privacy regime. We are looking for an exceptional, passionate, proactive and business-savvy legal counsel to join our team in Israel. In this role, you will support our business and all aspects of our commercial activity as well as various corporate matters. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting initiatives with a highly talented team.

You Will Be Expected To:

  • Drive, negotiate and draft various types of commercial contracts and documents with global customers and business partners, including sale agreements, licensing, complex partnerships, distribution and many more
  • Collaborate with, advise, and support the Company’s managers and various divisions of the Company globally, including Sales, Product, R&D, MIS, IT and HR
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations on matters pertaining the Company’s business and operation
  • Stay abreast of and provide guidance on relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and corporate matters
  • Establish and maintain business processes and internal policies aimed to scale the business and support corporate governance as well as support public company reporting
  • Interface with and manage outside counsels in different jurisdictions
  • Collaborate with various teams in the organization to deeply understand the company’s products and practices and provide advice on best practices to ensure compliance with the applicable regulation

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience at a high-tech company or a high-tech or commercial department of a leading law firm
  • Knowledge in the online advertising space and related regulations, such as data protection laws. Experience in a Nasdaq traded company is an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving ability
  • Excellent business judgment, and strategic thinking
  • Pragmatic and business-focused, ability to resolve issues independently
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and fast-paced work environment while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple matters
  • Team player with superb interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English & Hebrew
