We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to continue to bring in top talent to the organization. 

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process, which includes partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership. This position will be responsible for recruiting salaried individuals across various teams located throughout the US and Europe.

  • Partner with hiring managers to create and review job requisitions, develop a recruitment strategy and optimize the interview experience.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as the use of social media, job boards, and career fairs.
  • Provide creative, out of the box solutions to recruitment barriers, such as compensation misalignment, job level discussions and setting expectations for the market.
  • Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates to determine alignment of capabilities to job requirements.
  • Accurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system (iCIMs).
  • Actively participate and contribute to process improvement strategies, projects and initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
  • Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Keep hiring managers and other key leaders informed about status of progress, challenges, etc.
  • Provide white-glove service to candidates, i.e. act as key point of contact, ensure timely follow up, etc.
  • Key partner in negotiating offers, including offer letter generation and approvals.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within a sales-focused organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build productive long term relationships at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • Results driven with proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
  • High level of self-confidence, sense of urgency and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Works both autonomously and as a member of a team; intrinsically self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
