1. Ongoing maintenance on existing PRAs

2. Overseeing/lead GDPR compliance for new applications to be used by GDO or new operational portals made available to our customers

3. Oversee/lead the remediation planning for compliance risks identified in the PRAs for the concerned applications.

  • ensure all local implemented actions are identified, have an owner & completion date
  • track and report to central team and GDO executive management our progress

4. Coordinate with Orange Business GDPR core team for:

  • Reporting GDO progress on activities.
  • To ensure GDO compliance with Orange Business guidelines.
  • Awareness of global procedures that need to be cascaded to GDO actors & communicate such.

5. Support the activities for the applications with a security (DVS) score less than 15 once it is clear what needs to be done.

6. Support and train GDPR correspondents & raise awareness within the general GDO community

7. Oversee the customer data subject rights request management process.

8. Maintaining GDO Records of Processing (RoP) and sub processor list.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies compliance for GDO web-based applications

10. GDO risk management - update annual GDO risk register and put in place plans to mitigate critical risks

Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is important for Orange Business.

Within Orange Business the Global Delivery & Operations (GDO) division is responsible for the compliance of 60+ key operational applications (with a risk score greater than 15) which are used to deliver and operate services across multiple platforms and technologies for large corporate accounts in France and internationally.

Transversely for GDO (IBO, FBO, ESC, TBO & SATO) you will ensure the compliance with the GDPR regulation through the ongoing management, maintenance, tracking & reporting of the Privacy Risk Assessments (PRA) & the associated remediation plans.

GDO also manages the customer data subject rights request management process on behalf of Orange Business and some affiliates You will be required to oversee this process, ensuring its compliance with the regulation, and assisting to evolve the process as and when needed.
