Job Description & Summary

Our Graduate Recruiting team works to identify and attract young talent for PwC Middle East. You'll focus supporting the hiring team to close offers and provide reporting support for interns and Graduates, and be the custodian of the hiring processes and analytics for the team.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Support with posting requisitions and data integrity of our postings both internally and externally.
  • Liaise with candidates to ensure offers and documentation is collected on time.
  • Hire candidates on the system post offer acceptance stage.
  • Work closely with the workday and onboarding teams to ensure the candidates are hired within deadlines.
  • Be the custodian and process owner of the workday and offer process for the Grad team.
  • Support the invoicing process for the Graduate recruitment team for regional and international events.
  • Ensure candidate information is up to date on the internal system throughout the process.
  • Update ROI post events with the recruiters.
  • Create and own dashboards for the team, to track hiring progress and analytics for early talent hiring.
  • Ad-hoc support on various projects as required.
  • Prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines effectively

Overall Requirements:

  • 2 years of graduate recruitment admin experience preferable.
  • Experience in Power BI or similar, creating dashboards and running analytics.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Middle East Region is required.
  • Proficiency in google and workspace tools.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality and efficiency are key Project management skills.
