What You’ll do

As a Finance Analyst for Customer Experience (CX), you will support CX FP&A team and lead month end/quarter end close activities including allocations, system tie outs, and reclass entries for CX. You will also provide reporting for credit memo, revenue, backlog and invoicing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support critical groups within CX and gain exposure to senior leaders.

In addition to the above, your other responsibilities will include updating and maintaining credit memo tracker and provide forecasting support, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management, partner with CX FP&A revenue lead and build WD+5 package, partner with regions and provide WD+1 data for forecasting, driving financial and operational process improvements, and handling ad hoc reporting/projects.

You will be an integral part of a high-profile finance team and a trusted FP&A advisor to this worldwide organization. Your main business partners will be CX region teams, CX FP&A, revenue operations, sales finance, acquisitions finance, and operations.

Additionally, you have a consistent track record of establishing strong relationships with business partners, as well as working independently. You are a self-starter with excellent prioritization skills, and your intellectual curiosity drives you to consistently strive for perfection.

Minimum requirements:

  • BS Degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
  • 5-8 years relevant corporate finance experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Hyperion, Essbase, FINBO systems experience a plus
  • Ability to transform large data sets into business insights
  • Ability to distill complex topics into executive-level summaries
