The Role

As the Graphic Designer - Marketing Collateral Specialist, you will play a key role in developing visually engaging and effective marketing collateral, including eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, and other long-form content. You will work closely with our marketing team and copywriters to translate complex ideas and information into compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for a variety of marketing channels and platforms, with a focus on creating cohesive and impactful campaigns. 

Your day-to-day

• Design and layout long-form marketing collateral, including eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and more, that align with our brand identity and messaging. 
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate concepts into visually compelling designs. 
• Repurpose and adapt existing content for various marketing channels and platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across print and digital mediums. 
• Work closely with copywriters, editors, and other team members to integrate text and visual elements seamlessly and tell cohesive stories. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design and marketing to drive innovation and creativity. 
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards

What you bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
• Extensive years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on designing long-form marketing collateral for print and digital channels. 
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collateral projects, including longer form assets, with an emphasis on creativity, clarity, and visual storytelling. 
• Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful visual content.
