The Role

As the Graphic Designer - Short-Form Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful and compelling graphics for digital ads, social media, website, and other short-form marketing materials. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and designs that drive engagement and convey our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising design and a knack for creating attention-grabbing visual content. 

Your day-to-day

  • Design eye-catching graphics for digital ads, social media posts, website banners, blog posts, email campaigns, and other short-form marketing materials. 
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to develop creative concepts and messaging that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences. 
  • Optimize designs for various digital platforms and screen sizes, ensuring visual appeal and usability across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital design and advertising to inform creative strategies and execution. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables, and iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards. 

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or related field 
  • Extensive years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on short-form design for digital marketing channels. 
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience crafting compelling advertising copy and messaging. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective visual content for digital ads, social media, and website. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
