  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Coaching certification a plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing effective career development programming and resources for diverse employee populations.

  • Proven capability for coaching, consulting, influencing and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution.

  • Other professional experiences within HR a plus, e.g. organization development, HR consulting, etc.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills; can analyze data and draw insights to assess root causes and propose viable solutions.
  • Experience building consensus and integrating processes, policies and procedures across multiple decision-makers in a decentralized environment.
  • Proven track record of success and a strong focus on quality and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education culture.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to deal with immediate priorities while anticipating and planning for strategic future needs.
