Job Description

Get to know the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, strategy and development of our Grab Wallet (Ovo Cash in ID) regionally. You will work closely with not only Grabbers in the Payment Experience team, but also other country and regional team members at Grab. 

The day-to-day activities:

  • Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for Grab wallet across all countries, aligning it with Grab and Grab Financial overall strategy
  • Be the leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designers, data analysts and business, foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Drive a continuous discovery - delivery working model where identified problems and solutions can quickly transition to implementation to test products fast and incorporate leanings into future iterations
  • Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance engagement and relevance.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.

Qualifications

The must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 8 years experience in Product Management, ideally in payments/fintech market and B2C segments
  • Strong understanding of payment & fintech ecosystem and trends in SEA, as well as fund flow mechanisms
  • Experience working on app-based consumer products
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through:
  • use of MVP and continuous improvement 
  • inclusion of customer centricity into every stage of product life cycle
  • leading by influence of a large, culturally diverse and distributed team
  • making data driven decisions across the product lifecycle 
  • demonstrated success in managing products from conceptualisation to go-live
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa and English
