Should mentor L2 Engineer during troubleshooting of issue and change management.
Validating the plan of action (POA) for change with proper CAB approval.
10 years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI domain.
Expert Level Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Next generation firewalls –Cisco , Pala Alto ,Cisco ISE and DNAC
Implementation & Troubleshooting experience on industry standard protocols/Technology including IPSEC Vpn (B2B) , SSL, Clientlesss VPN , Clustring, URL Filtering.
Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Cisco ISE – (Physical appliance /Virtual ) for AAA & Device administration.
Implementation of and BAU for Cisco DNAC . DNAC Transition , Discussion – Discovery, SWIM, PnP and Assurance .
Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on Next generation firewalls secficlically Palo alto-PA(Prisma,Cortex), Fortigate (SD-WAN,NGFW)
Migration and implementation of SDA through DNAC center
Troubleshooting experience on industry standard protocols/Technology including
IP Nat, ACL,AAA
Network setting :- Zone,Security policy,NAT polices, tunnel interface, virtual Routers
IPSEC VPN :Clientless VPN , Site to Site, client based, etc.
High Availability : Clustering, Active /Active, Active/Standby.
ITIL process and project management frame work

Education, qualifications : BE/Diploma/Degree
