Your role

Are you a people person? Do you want to help us provide HR advice and solutions to our colleagues?

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to:

  • Act as a source of general HR expertise including HR labor law, performance management and change management
  • Counsel the business and provide qualitative and quantitative HR information in order to guide and influence decisions
  • Facilitate and advise in employee relations topics and deal with complex and sensitive people management situations
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner and manage the recruitment process from a to z
  • Ensure compliance with risk management practices, employment regulations and legal requirements, and advice on matters related to employment law
  • Participate in projects and cover the HR part
  • Manage HR vendor relationships in line with agreed service levels supporting the business goals
  • Partner with HR colleagues across the organization and outside.

Your team

You’ll be working in Israel and be part of the EMEA HR Service Delivery team providing support and solutions to the business on a broad range of HR topics. You will also partner closely with divisionally aligned HR Business Partners, Employee Relations and other HR functions.

Your expertise

  • Preferably 5-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in Financial Services
  • Firm grasp on different HR disciplines including recruitment, payroll, benefits and employee relations
  • Able to impact and influence decisions and individuals
  • Good judgment and decision making skills, careful when evaluating risk
  • Well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
  • Comfortable with challenging the status quo
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in all employee relationships
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
