How you will make an impact

  • Participate in the due diligence process of regulatory and licensing requirements for the states in which Erickson currently operates (and the impact of any changes) and any new states in which Erickson plans to develop a community
  • Prepare multi-year flexible financial models for new, expansion, and repositioning projects in Erickson Senior Living communities
  • Analyze existing community operations and budgets to determine reasonable operating assumptions for financial projections for new development
  • Evaluate operating trends, budgets, and financial modeling
  • Compile and review documentation required for regulatory approval of a new CCRC, including organizational, site and services, architectural, market, and financial aspects from our corporate partners
  • Work closely with legal, financial, consultants, and regulators in the preparation of application documents for approval of new communities and business lines

Compensation:

  • Commensurate with experience starting at $100000.00 / year

What you will need

  • Degree in a related field preferred, but not required
  • Minimum five years combined work experience in compliance reporting, and licensing or government reporting
  • Ability to review regulations, identify operating practices, and apply financial metrics required to meet statutory requirements.
  • Experience working in healthcare, government, or development-related field
