Job Description

The Senior Data Product Management Consultant will be responsible for supporting the Product Development team and CDEP to deliver product features based on business priorities of the Consumer Data Product org. This role will be responsible for supporting business platform management activities, track & drive improved Platform Performance and help with monitoring and analyzing trades.

The Senior Data Product Management Consultant will work in a highly matrixed organization with Product Analyst, Scrum Master, and across SMEs in other CDP and CDEP Seniors.

Core duties & responsibilities

Support business platform management activities, including but not limited to monitoring, access provisioning, etc.

  • Horizontal Production Support, including but not limited to help desk operations, end user communications, defect management. etc.
  • Responsible for Job monitoring, UAT and automation.
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers to enhance products and training based on user feedback.
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success.
  • Provide weekend support to the business utilities.

Key areas of experience.

  • 4+ years of Processes Management experience, product development experience, Testing, Production performance reporting / improvement
  • Technical experience including Cloud-first data architecture, such as GCP, Spring Cloud
  • Experience with MongoDB, Kafka, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • Flexible and adaptable; Able to work in ambiguous situations; Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • At-scale Financial Institution experience; Strong understanding of what drives business value.
  • Experience creating and implementing an operation help desk function.
  • Experience of working in a 24/7 environment.
