As a Business Operations Analyst, you will:  

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate business performance metrics, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the General Manager based on comprehensive business analysis.
  • Analyse operational processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  • Develop models and simulations to assess the impact of proposed operational changes and initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the General Manager, highlighting key findings and insights from business and operations analysis.
  • Create visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support the General Manager in crafting compelling narratives and presentations for executive meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:  

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, Jira/Confluence and O365 suit knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts, financial principles, and operational frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
