Intel's Network and Edge (NEX) Technical Product Marketing and Developer Relations team is looking for an Edge Compute and AI Software Product Marketing Director who is passionate about these technologies and markets and eager to get in at the "ground floor" of commercializing Intel's new Edge software platform. Analysts predict over 50 percent of enterprise-managed data will be processed outside traditional data centers or the cloud by 2025, and unique cloud-native and born-of-the-Edge platforms are required to meet this opportunity. The unique computing and networking profiles of the Edge, combined with heterogenous fleets and stringent latency/data locality requirements mean that a new generation of software platform is required to meet customer needs.
We need a candidate who understands edge computing and the transformative nature of AI, has deep commercial software product marketing experience, and is ready to lead a global team collaborating with the broader sales, business development, marketing, pricing, deals and digital teams. Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
12+ years of relevant experience in software product marketing.
5+ years of experience communicating to technical audiences.
3 + years of experience leading teams through building and executing a marketing strategy

MBA preferred.
Knowledge of software architecture and application
Experience leading commercial software product marketing targeting enterprise.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$186,760.00-$299,166.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
