The HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER PHARMACY DEPARTMENT has an outstanding opportunity for a PART-TIME MEDICATION SAFETY PHARMACIST (50% FTE, Rotating/Variable Shifts). The Medication Safety Pharmacist (Pharmacist 4) is responsible for management of the pharmacy department’s quality assurance programs. This position independently provides accountability for the program area, functioning with a high degree of autonomy, and offering expertise in the program area inter- and intra-departmentally and to the community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Three years experience in pharmacy practice. Months spent in the completion of an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists accredited residency training program may substitute month-for-month for the experience.
LEGAL REQUIREMENT: State of Washington Pharmacist license.
