Our Human Resources Information Systems team provides human resource technology support to PwC. As part of the team, you’ll help design, implement, and operate Human Resources technology application that help us develop insights and strategies for our people and to drive business results.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

PwC India is looking for a People Technology Manager to join our Human Capital team . HR technology

project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of various

Human Capital systems, tools, and solutions. The role will work with HR leaders, IT team , Finance,

vendors, and other stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, and timeline.

The role will also manage and assign tasks related to the projects, , monitor progress, troubleshoot issues,

communicate updates, and ensure quality to PwC standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports using

project management tools and methodologies

  • Leading and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and trainings with the project team and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate the HR tech project related team meetings, ensuring alignment, collaboration,

and accountability among the all functional leaders.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects and programs that support the HR Operations strategy and

objectives, such as process improvement, digital transformation, data analytics, and employee

experience.

  • Monitor and report on the progress, performance, and impact of the People tech projects and initiatives,

identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking on best practices, trends, and innovations in HR

operations and the broader market, and provide recommendations and insights to the HR Operations

leader and the leadership team.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and regulations in HR operations, and ensure compliance with

internal policies and external laws and standards.

  • Manage and oversee the HR Operations budget, resources, and governance, ensuring compliance,

efficiency, and transparency.

  • Providing technical and functional support and guidance to the project team and end-users, and resolving

any issues or escalations

  • Develop and execute effective communication and engagement strategies and plans for the HR

Operations function, both internally and externally, in alignment with the PwC brand and values.

  • Documenting and updating the project documentation, policies, procedures, and best practices

  • MBA in HR / Systems management with experience in HR information

system will be preferred.

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as HR, IT, business, or

management
