We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry to join our dynamic team in Marcus & Millichap's Encino office. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful design solutions that elevate our brand and effectively communicate our unique value proposition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to develop compelling visual concepts and design strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a wide range of design projects, including but not limited to branding materials, marketing collateral, presentations, signage, and digital assets.
  • Translate complex real estate concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics and infographics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, commercial real estate, and marketing to ensure our materials remain fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of commercial real estate projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of leading successful design projects from concept to completion, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably within the commercial real estate or related industry.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit, who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

  • Understanding of layout hierarchy
  • Custom Logo Design Experience
  • Print package experience – not only web based.
  • CRE experience highly recommended!
